In recognition of our nation's 250th commemoration of the American Revolution, there will be a dedication ceremony on the Historic Courthouse Green in Chesterfield to recognize the colonial troops who trained on the site by dedicating a brick walkway memorial with bricks engraved with the names of troops. This program will unveil a special Daughters of American Revolution marker along with period music, living history demonstrations and speeches from dignitaries who will share the history of the program.
